Phantasy Island is our fruited sour collaboration with Phantom Brewing Co. This lactose free sour was brewed with Cherry, Plum, Pineapple, and Banana for a silky smooth and creamy texture, and just the right amount of sweet and tart. We then finished it off with some Vanilla Salt for an extra layer of complexity
