Scotch Barrel Aged Imperial Golden Sour Ale - Single Barrel Release - This highly intricate and layered sour beer was aged in a single malt scotch barrel from Speyside. We chose not to add any additional ingredients to highlight the barrel's character. Speyside whiskies are known for their lack of peat or smoke flavors, and are typically sweet, citrusy, and nutty. The beer embodies these flavors and blends with the barrel to produce a pleasant sweet orange taste, along with a subtle alcohol warmth.
