First Bjorn Norwegian table beer is made with Kviek yeast, non-purified farmhouse yeast (Voss strain) showcasing orange and floral esters in a balanced ale with a dry finish. Being able to ferment at an astonishing 45c is unparalleled with other yeasts and the result is a very clean flavour profile with prominent citrus aromas.
