Double dry-hopped. Full if flavor and in your face. The bitterness is assertive but not overpowering. The flavor is strong but balanced. Simcoe hops lend a nose of passionfruit, apricot and pine while the Idaho 7 hop boasts flavors of red grapefruit and papaya.
