Beer description
A winter double malt beer, flavoured with gingerbread from 'Il Magnifico' bakery and spruce needles (picea abiens).
Fairly bitter with English and American hops, the addition of gingerbread gives it a flavour of candied fruit and pepper in the finish, while the fir needles give a balsamic and citrus note; the hops are very present in the finish. White foam, full body, medium carbonation
