Piggy Brewing - Anima Mundi

Very dark and clear amber, this juice inspires respect! Complex, powerful and gourmet nose, we find dried fruits, raisins, dates and nuts coated with cooked caramel and gourmet notes of vanilla as well as toasted wood. Also added are scents of praline and chocolate. The mouth is syrupy, it attacks on caramel and wood then opens on spicy and slightly bitter notes. A great beer to let mature in the cellar.
