Piggy Brewing - Collab Piggy X Dalons

As cloudy as ever, Double Neipa seems to be loaded to the rafters. The first effect of the Dalons yeast harvested from a yellow flower endemic to Réunion Island. The Nectaron joins in the party with its lime/pineapple/passion/banana combo. It's greedy and fresh at the same time, so it's got a lot going for it! The palate is dense and velvety, extremely fruity, with exotic citrus fruits and a vegetal kick that brings freshness and complexity. The finish is slightly bitter, and this hop bomb has great length. We're very proud of this collaboration with our friends at Dalons Brewery, and we'd like to thank them for the sharing and the fraternity that took place during our interviews.
