A lovely apricot colour for this rich pastry gose! The nose is ultra-fragrant and delicious, with notes of vanilla and yellow fruit custard. On the palate, it's creamy with an attack of tart, ripe yellow fruit, softened by a cloud of vanilla milk. Another dessert beer for the little gourmand. Cheers!
