Piggy Brewing - Piggy Brewing - Time For Memories

Time for Memories is a project by Dylan, a Double NEIPA that's sexy but not as sweet as today's NEIPAs. On the nose, the fruitiness is undeniable, powerful yet elegant and complex. Yellow fruit, exotic notes (pineapple/kiwi/passion) and a floral touch. The palate is velvety and well-fruited, both greedy and refreshing, the balance tending towards a fairly pronounced but controlled bitterness on the finish, which adds length and drinkability. The gamble paid off for this high-flying, fruity DNEIPA that is hard to get enough of.
