Piggy Brewing - Sunfire

Fluorescent orange in colour, the foam fades quickly. Visually, we are closer to fruit juice than beer. On the nose, there's no doubt about it: fresh mango, mango purée, mango juice, with a hint of spice in the background. The tangy, slightly sweet palate opens with mango and fresh orange juice, then gives way to black pepper, which spices things up and creates a slightly spicy, warming finish.
