Piggy Brewing - Opération Ratonga

Hops : Pacifica, Rakau, Motueka. An ultra hazy beer, the nose reveals intense exotic notes reminiscent of the delicious fruit of Réunion Island. The palate is smooth, almost pastry-like, with an exotic fruitiness (passion fruit/kiwi fruit/mango/banana). The finish is soft and silky. Quite dangerous and banned by the health authorities!
