Beer description
Another successful primeur: PILGRIM Belgian Blonde with 12 % alcohol, in freshly emptied white wine barrels from the Terreni della Maggia, Ascona and matured in the 300-year-old monastery cellar.
We gave the beer 6 months to adapt the noble Chardonnay and still noticeable oak notes and to combine them with the fine notes from the ale yeast and malts. As always, the edition is limited - this time a little more than with the "TEQUILA". That was sold out within days.
