Somewhere between a barleywine and an imperial porter falls the American strong ale. Big, bold and balanced. This beer is brewed with an array of caramel, extra special, pale, and chocolate malts along with a heavy hand of magnum, chinook and cascade hops. A touch of brown sugar adds a hint of molasses to the finish. ABV 9.8%
