There are no shortcuts or cost and time savings, only experience, knowledge, tradition, and time. It has a delightfully refreshing bitterness and a flawless body that drinks like a dream. It is hopped with the classic, traditional hops that brewers have trusted for decades. The beer is not filtered yet it has a crystal-clear clarity achieved through at least 9 weeks of cold conditioning in our horizontal tanks.
