Yonder - Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Out of all of the upside-down cakes in the world, Pineapple is probably the favourite. To replicate the wonders of this delicious baked good in beer form, we brewed this delightfully fruity pastry sour whilst standing on our heads. It was hard work, but it paid off. The beer is stunning, if a little wonky.
