Beer description
An oaty imperial stout aged in barrels from three different distillates. Both the taste and aroma are dominated by notes typical of a bourbon cask - vanilla, delicate coconut, wood and an interesting after taste coming from Cognac casks. The whole is enriched by the delicate addition of natural vanilla sticks from Uganda and Madagascar.
