Beer description
A thick, oily and dark Imperial Stout.
Its distinct character has been given by aging in two bourbon barrels and specially selected additives.
Lightly roasted coconut flakes from Sri Lanka dominate the taste and aroma. Immediately behind, a strong coffee from Brazilian Catuai Vermelho beans, aged in Liberty barrels before firing. On the finish, a pronounced rebounding vanilla, further conquered by two types of vanilla stick from the Uganda and Papua New Guinea varieties.
This flavourful harmony is followed by a long aftertaste and a slight warming in the chest.
