Beer description
"FUNKY FRUITY SPICY" Beer inspired by two beer styles. It is based on Brut IPA, which is unusually fermented by Belgian yeast. The beer is fermented to almost zero residual sugar. The intensely fruity spicy aroma is due to the high dose of cold hopping (Nelson Sauvin, Belma) and the use of Belgian yeast. They give a distinctive "funky spicy" tinge and together they create a multi-layered, complex beer profile that is finished with drier afterglow, with lower bitterness and higher alcohol.
