Single (S) Mortar (M) and (A) Single (S) Hop (H) = SMASH. Beer brewed only from one type of Pilsner malt and one variety El Dorado. Non-traditional ALE prepared by decoction mashing, typical for lagers, thanks to which more aromatic substances are obtained from malt. El Dorado hops with high alpha bitter acids and aromatic essential oils give the beer a distinctive bitterness and aroma with a hint of orange, apricot and tropical fruit
