Pirate Life - Bright IPA

What is our Bright IPA exactly? Well, we brewed a fruit forward hazy beer, then filtered the heck out of it. And the results are crystal clear… Citra, Centennial, and Superdelic join forces in an über juicy hop trifecta – an ‘east coast’ approach to fermenter additions securing the bouquet. We toyed with using Verdant yeast, but it’s notoriously hard to dehaze, so we went with US-05…the backbone of many a tasty PL froth. As far as this one goes, expect a bright golden pour, aromas of tropical fruit, and a crisp, cleansing mouthfeel.
