The Noble Hops x Pirate Life West Coast IPA The Noble Hops are an iconic craft centric bar located in Redfern, Sydney. This collab was tee’d up by Aitor, who frequented the establishment when he lived in NSW. As for the beer, it’s full-flavoured and smooth drinking (for an 8%’er) with dank and herbaceous aromas – thanks to the blend of both hop pellets and oils. It pours a golden orange, with a gentle haze. The NZ hops shine on the palate, gifting hits of fresh lime and stone fruit. The bitterness is a little low for the style, but most won’t complain about that… Malt: Pilsner Malt, Pale Malt, Oat Malt Hops: Simcoe, Centennial, Amarillo, Taiheke & Motueka Hop Oil
