Pivovar Cvikov - Jarní jedenáctka 11°

In the spring of 2017, we introduced Spring Eleven for the first time, produced using the traditional single mash bottom fermentation process. In its preparation, we chose American El Dorado hops to go with the barley malt. The flavour of this beer is also enhanced by the less common cold-hopping procedure at the end of the lager, for which we used the same type of hops. Spring Eleven is lighter in colour and pleases with a pleasant lingering bitterness. The hops used give it a refreshing character with hints of tropical fruit.
