Beer description
Gose is an ancient German beer style belonging to the sour beer group. The beer is minimally hopped, spicy, slightly acidic with a mineral trace added by the addition of salt.
We cooked Hallogallo Gose together with housekeeper Russell Wickwar (Ted Beer), recipe author (with which he won Best of Show 2018 at the Moravian Homebrewers Meeting) and brewery Beerokracie. The beer will be on sale in three variations: pure, mango infused and maracuja infused.
