Our ChmelOvárek is a light 12-step lager that we brew every year on the occasion of the brewery's killing festival. Thanks to the use of Czech hops Žatecký poloraný červeňák, this lager has a typical herbal and spicy aroma and a refreshing bitterness, which perfectly matches the traditional slaughter specialties.
