Beer description
Pilsen and Munich malt, hops Polaris, Chinook, Cascade, yeast US-05. This is the version of our favorite IPA Pilot beer. We adjusted the malt and hopping ratios and let the beer lie down for a long time. Pilsen malt was used mainly for production. A small proportion of Munich malt gives beer not only color but also a fuller malt body with soft caramel tones developing with higher temperatures. The three hops match the common spicy-herbal character. The main bearer of the bitterness is the German hops Polaris (21% α of bitter acids!), Which gives the beer a very refreshing character with its cooling touch. A light citrus and floral aroma brings Cascade hops used for cold hopping
