semi-dark top-fermented but unfiltered, of an alcoholic strength by volume of 5,2% vol.
Ingredients: water, malt RedX and Pilsner, hops Equanot and Amarillo
This year's winter, however, has a fuller malt body with delicate sparkling, which is due to the partial use of wine "champagne" yeast used in the production of some Belgian beers.
