It is top-fermented beer, brewed from three kinds of malts by infusion mashing method. Hopped with Czech hops (RU, Premiant, Brewer), because of the gentle but higher bitterness, which however does not overwhelm the hint of flowering honey that we added to the tank after the main fermentation. Honey special can also be purchased in glass.
