Beer description
Top-fermented Bavarian-type wheat beer has a light golden color and a gentle yeast haze. Fifty percent of this beer was given wheat malt and the hops we chose Saaz semi-early red. A special type of yeast completes the tones of banana and cloves. Beer has higher flavor and lower bitterness.
