Beer description
Only once a year it is possible to cook a special batch of lager hopped with fresh green hops. Fresh hops have not undergone a drying process and contain a large amount of moisture (up to 85%) and must therefore be processed within 24 hours to avoid steaming and deterioration. The result of this special batch, which has matured in the cellars of the brewery for 4 weeks, is Hubertus Green Hops beer with delicious mild bitterness and a pleasant hop aroma.
