Kocour Jantar top-fermented amber-coloured "ale" (read ejl), which is given fullness of body at 11° and deep fermentation by rye malt, is another creation of the American brewer Cullen Dweyer. The light drinkability, interesting bitterness and cold hopping make this ale a complex drinkable gateway to the wonderful world of top-fermented beers.
