Pivovar Matuška - Zemlovka

This sour has a similar base to our Sunshine, but with Christmas coming up, we made it stronger. The fruit in it includes apple, pear and peach, which is complemented by vanilla pods and cinnamon. The cinnamon and fruit stand out in the aroma, and the acidity is rather lower to keep the Zemlovka drinkable. Christmas in a bottle is as good as new!
