Beer description
A decoction-boiled lager made from light malt from Záhlinice. The beer is hopped with fresh Červeňák from the Tršice region. During fermentation in the brewhouse, we also added freshly pressed Müller Thurgau must from our friend, winemaker Petr Marada. As with our IGA, we didn't want the wine to overpower the beer's character – the goal was to preserve its lightness and drinkability. Moravian Rhapsody is a light, medium-fermented lager with a delicate aroma of white wine and fresh grapes. The taste combines a malty base with the freshness of wine and a delicate wine acidity. The finish is pleasant, slightly bitter, with the character of freshly harvested hops. The result is a harmonious, fresh, and perfectly drinkable beer made from the freshest local ingredients.
