Pivovar Radouš - Barn - White Phantasy

Cooperation with our main supplier of raw materials for the production of top-fermented beers, which is carried on the wave of experimentation with aromatic substances collectively named "thiols". The main ingredient of the beer is the unique product Cryo hops x Phantasm from the hop company Yakima chief from the USA. This is based on a combination of a cryogenically treated blend of the finest hops with Phantasm powder, an extract from the Sauvignon blanc grape variety containing large amounts of bound thiols. We've tailored everything just right to get as much of these bound thiols into the beer as possible, which certain yeasts with a unique gene can release to create a range of strong fruity flavours most reminiscent of passion fruit, guava, but also grapefruit or blackcurrant. The flavour profile was fine-tuned with the original complex hop HBC 630, which adds notes of sweet fruit, raspberry, but also peach and banana. Alk. 6,5%, bitterness 25 IBU.
