A sour ale brewed in collaboration with the Sedm Stupňů pub. A light, easy-drinking sour beer with fruity notes of apricot and gooseberry, which complement the added aromatic herb from the East Asian coast—Perilla frutescens—traditionally used in Vietnamese cuisine.
