A New England IPA with a hint of Polish hops! The beer is brewed with the varieties Amora Preta and Książęcy. Fermentation is carried out with the yeast Hop Unlock, which brings the hops to the forefront of the aromatics. The result is a beer with complex hints of tropical fruits.
