Banana x Peach Fruited Gose, 11°Blg
Another instalment of our interpretation of Gose - again with a fruity twist!
Classic pilsner and wheat malt in equal proportions, fermentation with lactic acid bacteria, Himalayan salt and coriander form the base for our Gose. To this, we added banana and peach puree, giving the beer a particularly refreshing character and a surprising combination of flavours. Three flavours in one can - sour, salty and fruity-sweet.
