Beer description

Irish Dry Stout, 12°Blg Lighthouse Keeper is our second attempt this year at a classic Irish Dry Stout. Why the second? Because we changed the recipe (and the name of the beer) to fully reflect its Irish character. The aroma is dominated by roasted malts, coffee and dark chocolate. The taste is dry and velvety, with a slightly mineral finish and adequate bitterness.

Irish Dry Stout, tiefschwarz, etwas dünne cremige Blume in hellbraun, malzig, Röstnoten, trocken, dennoch weich, süffig, einfach, aber sehr gut.
