Piwne Podziemie - Rome Deconstructed

Italian Pils, 11°Blg We have another Italian Pils for you - Rome Deconstructed! This is a pale lager (11°Blg, 4.6% alk.) in which we used Pilsner malt to give a light, clean malt background. It was inspired by our recent, slightly longer trip to the Eternal City, where we drank a significant amount of Tipopils. On our return we couldn't resist and brewed a beer in this style once again. Rome Deconstructed is intensively cold hopped with noble Hallertau Mittelfrüh, Saaz, Spalt Select and Tettnang varieties, giving it pleasant floral and earthy notes and a delicate spiciness. This is for fans of the classics with a slight aromatic twist. An interesting experience guaranteed!
