Piwne Podziemie - Ticket To Hell

German Helles, 12°Blg Our latest lager, Ticket to Hell, is an interpretation of the classic German Helles style. The name Ticket to Hell is inspired by the iconic 666 bus line leading to Hel - a route that attracted tourists from all over the world, although it didn't sit well with everyone. Our Helles is hopped exclusively with classic German Perle hops, which add subtle bitterness and herbal notes. We used only pilsner malt and short malt in the hopping and Bavarian Lager yeast YS011 from Yeast Side Labs for fermentation.
