Platform Beer Saphir Clouds

A pillow- like, soft mouthfeel from use of wheat and oats contributes a rich haze in a glass. Saphir late addition and dry hops lend a tangerine and spice character, that, paired with estery notes from the yeast makes for an an overall drinkable IPA with a fruit forward punch.
