Platform Beer The Project Series: Callista W/ Orange Zest

The third installment into the project series features orange zest and new to the scene German varietal, Hallertau Callista. This hop contributes rich peach jam, field fresh strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry aromas while supplying pink grapefruit, gooseberry and boysenberry flavors. This comes packaged in a smooth, drinkable body with a light and pleasant bitterness.
