Beer description
Plato's Shadow is a double barrel-aged stout. The blend is bold, round, and incredibly balanced, I love it. As the beer opens up, notes of vanilla, toasted marshmallow, dark chocolate, and a rich caramel backbone emerge from the glass. This blend was aged in Woodford Double Oak, Elijah Craig, Weller, Blantons, Baker, 1792, and VSOP barrels.
