Beer description
Nose has aromas of spruce, cedar, pine. A mix of spicy, fresh herbal scents. Mouthfeel is medium, juicy, and with moderate carbonation. Palate has flavors of sweet dough, white bread, and the sweet fullness of oatmeal. Hop flavors are ponderous with crushed geranium, pine needles, spruce tips, and crushed Japanese cedar foliage. There is the tang of citrus peel referencing grapefruit peel, lemon zest. Finish is medium long with a citrus peel, pine sap, light resin bitter.
