Playground Ruby Saison

The Ruby Saison is a genre that was traditionally consumed in the farm areas of Belgium. The brewery used an yeast strain from the Wallonia area and conditioned the beer on Gochang area Bokbunja Korean berries. The berries make the beer color a beatiful ruby red, and balances the traditional dry finish of a saison with extra character like piney notes and tartness.
