Podere La Berta - ACSÉ

Rustic Lager This beer was born from the desire to create an Italian alternative to the classic and inimitable German Landbier and Keller. We brewed a rustic “low”, straw yellow in color, slightly opalescent and with a beautiful white foam. The rustic notes of our self-produced malt, spelt and rye emerge on the nose, giving it notes of wholemeal bread, well balanced by the citrus touch of the hopping (Perle, Columbus) and the hulled spelt. The rye gives a touch of spiciness that helps make an easy and smooth drink interesting, thanks also to the low alcohol content. An ideal beer to face the increasingly hot Italian summers and springs.
