Pöhjala - Kask

A refreshing pale lager brewed with birch to capture Estonian nature and sauna culture. Taste: From the first sip to the aftertaste, strong birch sauna whisk notes prevail. The beer has a rather full-bodied character. Although birch is dominant, it is pleasantly balanced with malty sweetness and a touch of citrusy hop bitterness. Appearance: A clear golden-yellow beer with a dense, long-lasting white head. Nose: The aroma is herbal, with a strong dominance of birch leaf scents. In the background, there’s a hint of sweet maltiness characteristic of lagers.
