Beer description

This Imperial Gose was brewed with sloes, lemon thyme, pink Himalayan salt, freshly ground coriander seeds and fruity German hops. However, the beer is also a blend. The 50/50 blend consists of a fresh Imperial Gose and an Imperial Gose aged for 2 years in Champagne and Sauternes oak barrels.
