Beer description
An Imperial Stout brewed with raspberry branch tea, raspberries, and liquorice — aged in Oloroso sherry and Ruby port barrels. Collab with To Øl.
Taste: Raspberry jam on a rich dark rye bread meets oaky tannins. A touch of malty chocolate plays itself in with a sweet crushed berry character following, giving way to a chewy black forest gateaux flavour.
Appearance: Jet black with a brief dark brown head.
Nose: Sweet raspberries and rich, boozy fortified wines, the aroma of a liquorice tea with just a hint of acidic espresso coffee.
Malts: Pilsner zero, Munich malt, Carafa special T-2, Chocolate rye malt, Oat malt, Cara pale, Caramel 300, Cherry smoked pale malt, Rye malt, Dark sugar, Raspberries
