Malanka - Poklič: Abliapicha

Our first release of the new 2024 year is a beer that we naturally treat with great respect. Poklic is a Belgian-style saison, which we brewed with the use of Belarusian hops, malt, fermented with an interesting blend of yeast, where spontaneous bretts worked together with the usual cultural strain. After a long aging during the cold months of 2023, we added fresh sea buckthorn berries - the queen of all northern berries. With the help of those bright and tiny orange magicians our neat, gentle saison shone with thousands of shades of walks along cool summer springs, moist autumn gardens and cozy winter evenings.
