Malanka - Poklič: Bez

Belgian saison is one of our favorites. While being pretty strong, it's a perfect multi-layered thirst quentcher at the same time, and it's so perfect for hot summer days. We added lilac flowers to our beloved brew to make it breathe freshness. The flowers brought subtle honey-floral nuances and light tannin tones to the taste. It's pure golden colour with heavy white foam really makes the beer shine in your glass, while the floral-grassy smell of lilac and hops play beautifully against the background of balanced malt (only pils and vienna malt were used — no caramel added). Therefore, the taste is clean, bone dry (as dry as saison can get), malty, slightly phenolic with hints of bitterness in the aftertaste.
